We hope you love your Strawberry Noon purchase. Each item is thoughtfully designed and carefully inspected before shipping.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition.

To be eligible for a return:

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@strawberrynoon.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order once your return is approved.
